This letter is to compliment you and your team on the excellent and thorough job you have done on your treatments to prevent pests and insects from entering our home. Your team members remove bugs and cobwebs from the house before spraying which was never done by the pest control company we had at our previous home. You have prevented pests from entering our newly built home which was not the case with the previous pest control company at the previous house we built.

In Wall Tubes
Eliminate bugs where they hide!
Our In Wall Pest Control System is installed during the construction of your home, providing pest control where most insects harbor and breed.
Our In Wall Pest Control System offers the homeowner the peace of mind knowing that their home is free of pests.
Treatment applications are performed outside the home by trained professionals on a quarterly basis. Treatment results in 10 days, instead of months.
When the house is under construction, a network of specialized tubing is installed within the walls. The tubes are perforated every 12 inches and connected to the service port, outside the home.
We install our In Wall Pest Control System while the house is under construction. This includes tubing, outside port receptacle and pre-treatment of the walls and structure.

Frequently Asked Questions About In Wall Pest Control
Question. Why do you put pest control materials inside the walls?
Answer. That's where insects live and breed. The In Wall Tube System allows us to place pest control materials directly into these hard-to-reach areas, maximizing effectiveness.
Question. Can the tubes get clogged over time?
Answer. The materials used in the tubes are petroleum based so they can't crystallize or coagulate. Additionally, because these materials are injected through the tubing with 400 pounds of pressure (forcing them deeply into wall voids), nothing is left behind in the tubes.
Question. Can the tubes break over time?
Answer. The In Wall Tube System uses polyethylene tubing that has a 50 year lifespan and a burst pressure of 1100 pounds per square inch (psi). These standards were established when the tubing was originally developed for use in underground drip irrigation, where it was in constant use as well as exposed to the environment. If a line is broken during construction, it can be easily repaired with a coupling.
Question. Is there any noticeable odor?
Answer. The materials we use are specifically designed to have little, if any, odor. And because pest control materials are fully contained within wall voids, there is little chance of an odor.
Question. Is this system safe for children and pets?
Answer. The In Wall Tube System places materials inside the walls, safely away from children and pets. In fact, traditional baseboard spraying methods offer a much greater chance of contact with pest control materials. For added protection, most of the materials we use are designed to be target-specific. For example, a compound that affects a cockroach's shell won't harm a cat or dog.
Question. How is the system installed in a block home?
Answer. The In Wall Tube System is tacked along the top of the baseboard framing around the perimeter of your home. The interior walls are drilled 6”-9” above the bottom plate and the tubing is laced through these holes.
Question. Is the system one continuous line?
Answer. The In Wall Tube System includes a series of individual lines connected to a central port (located on the outside of your home). Each line covers a specific wall or area of your home. At the port, a licensed technician treats each line individually, enabling the materials to reach every area.
Question. How much does service cost?
Answer. Even though the In Wall Tube System and quarterly pest control service is unique, our prices are comparable to those of traditional pest control services. Along with your quarterly pest control service, we provide you with comprehensive exterior treatments to assure a pest-free home environment.
